3 Reasons AI Will Never Completely Replace The Human Connection

In a world, where products and services are usually offered by many, this human connection is often the thing that stops a company from being regarded only in the “who has the lowest price game”. That is an arena most businesses don’t want to get into.
  3. Customer Service Reps need creativity. One of the things that distinguish humans from robots is the ability to think outside the box. Creative problem-solving is the antithesis of computer programming for artificial intelligence.
